Hi. I’m Tessa O’Malley and I grew up with a love for baking. I pursued my passion by attending Oregon Culinary Institute. After, graduating with honors, I worked in a a five star restaurant and a family owned bakery and cafe’. I now run my own business, out of my certified kitchen in Brookings, Oregon.
